PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy is the practice of treating physical conditions with an approach that is backed by the science of Biomechanics and Exercise Therapy. Physiotherapy enhances wellness through relieving pain and discomfort associated with injury, illness and poor physical habits, while also restoring function and mobility and helping rehabilitate patients to recovery.
Physiotherapy can ascertain underlying causes of pain and not only provide treatment to local symptoms, but also reduce impacts associated with future injuries.
