Julie Johnson, Certified Health Coach

“I am motivated by helping and watching people realize that hidden strength lies within themselves.”

The De Novu Health Coach, Julie Johnson, has established her career as a support system and mentor for those who seek to embark on a journey of transformation.

A diploma of Sophrologue Relaxologue at the Academie de Psychotherapie et Sophrologie de Paris, teamed with twenty years of practicing yoga, has inspired Julie to become disciplined in techniques which align body and mind. Julie’s passion for nutrition and wellbeing drove her to undertake further independent study, and become a graduate of American Fitness Professionals & Associates as a certified Weight Management Consultant.

Julie joined De Novu in 2016 to help tackle the weight crisis and its associated health issues in the region. Known as the institute’s “Sherpa”, Julie is positioned as the support system and mentor for Members as they embark upon their journey of transformation and reclamation. Through listening, advising, education and inspiration, Julie works closely with Members to facilitate De Novu’s life changing weight management solutions, motivated around helping and witnessing people realise their hidden strength.

It is now at De Novu that Julie finds full synergy, with each member of the team working hand in hand under her guidance, striving passionately towards the same goal of empowering Members with ‘prise en charge’, to take control of the totality of their being.

“People who are struggling with their weight have often lost confidence, faith and willpower; it is my role to stand by their side at any moment to remind them that they are the master of their body and hence, their life.”
